The Belgian branch of Dimension Data organized two in-company training session of Leading SAFe. They have since become part of NTT, a leading global technology services company. Working with organizations around the world, they achieve business outcomes through intelligent technology solutions.

Dstny NV Telecom

Destiny is a challenger in the market of secure cloud telecom services. They wanted an agile coach and a scrum master from ADJUGO to keep their CORE (Commit, Own, Respect, Empower) values intact, a challenge as they are growing very fast. The Egyptian group Dstny Engage have received in-company training on Leading SAFe and SAFe Lean Portfolio Management, as well as on the implementation of agile and lean practices in the organization.

Eurocontrol Administration publique

Eurocontrol develops its solution for air traffic control in-house. ADJUGO won a tender to provide an assessment of their SAFe-implementation, formulate improvement suggestions and coach the organisation to improve its agile way of working. Most insightful was the SAFe DevOps workshop we organized.

Federal Pension Service Belgium Administration publique

The Belgian Federal Pension Service manages pensions and is very customer oriented. They wanted to enhance their agile way of working and have organized in-company Leading SAFe training. They also followed SAFe Lean Portfolio Management training at ADJUGO, and have set up a portfolio management 'war room'.

Federal public service Social Security Belgium Administration publique

The division People with a Handicap of the FSP Social Security is developing a new application to support the certification of handicaps. They invited ADJUGOO to provide agile coaching for the project.

KBC Finances/Assurances

KBC is one of Belgium's large banks and insurance companies.
KBC was among the first to follow a (precursor to) the SAFe Lean Portfolio management training at ADJUGO. KBC also hired Adjugo to provide SAFe training and senior lean-agile coaching to improve SAFe adoption in several Agile Release Trains.
