Facilitation of SAFe City Workshop
The SAFe City workshop is a great way of introducing backlog prioritization in SAFe, based on WSJF. The workshop takes about two hours. We can deliver the workshop both on-premise and remote. Participants work in groups of 2-4, and we can accomodate up to 8 groups.
