Eurocontrol develops its solution for air traffic control in-house. They have used SAFe for some years, but the results were not entirely satisfactory.

ADJUGO won a tender to provide an assessment of the SAFe-implementation, formulate improvement suggestions and coach the organisation to improve its agile way of working.

Most insightful was the SAFe DevOps workshop we organized.
